Belen his assistant is incredibly helpful and helped me paint a better picture of what it is I want. Even though it turned out to be a different kind of style from Abel’s I would most certainly recommend them for their clarifying, friendly and helpful service.

En primer lugar el trato es único, te hacen sentir parte de la familia y se percibe muy buen ambiente entre todos los que forman parte del equipo. Se mantienen fieles a las normas de higiene, cosa a tener en cuenta siempre y en esta etapa que estamos viviendo. Experiencia fantástica: Where to start as there is so much to say?! For those too lazy to read: Fantastic studio with fantastic tattoo artist and assistant. The price is absolutely fair for what you get! Definitely recommend 100%! Long version: I couldn’t be more happy with the whole process! I was lucky enough due to the weird times we are currently in, to get a spot very quickly. After you showed your interest/contact them via email, Belen, (Abel’s assistant) reaches out to you to discuss how Abel works and explains every little detail. Additionally, you will receive a document where you can share all your ideas about your new tattoo so Abel can start creating a design. In this document you will share some pictures of the tattoos you like from Abel and some of other artists so Abel can get an understanding what you like on all of them so he can create the best design for you. I was absolutely amazed when I first saw the designs he did for me. He knew exactly what I wanted. It is important to be very detailed about your idea and also letting Abel and Belen know what you don’t like. If you have any additional questions/concerns in the meantime, you can always reach out to Belen and she will help in answering everything. When I first arrived at the studio I got greeted with a huge smile from Abel and it was so easy to connect with him. Both, Abel and Belen are extremely friendly and are always up for a chat. Before the tattoo process starts, Abel will show you the designs he created and you can go over it with him and adjust things if necessary. Abel is extremely cautious how the tattoo will look on your body as he takes your body size and shape into count. During the tattoo process he checks constantly the development of the tattoo to see how he has to tattoo the lines, shapes etc., so that everything looks perfect from every angle. As those tattoos can take a lot of work and time, Abel will make sure you get your deserved breaks and some rest. Be sure to bring some food for yourself as well if you know you spent the whole day in the studio. The tattoo studio itself is fantastic and you feel instantly like home. There are just some very positive vibes around there. At the end of the session, you will get some wrapping for your tattooed area from Abel/Belen so you are sorted for the next days. Belen will also share another document with you which shows you how to deal with the aftercare of your new tattoo. Additionally, she will check in periodically with you just to see how you are doing. One other thing to note, if you are planning on getting a full sleeve or leg, this will normally take more than one session. The good thing Abel does is that he splits the tattoo into 2 parts, so at the end of session one, you will already leave with a tattoo which looks like one full tattoo. I left the studio with a full tattooed outer arm and the next time, the inner arm will be tattooed. There needs to be at least a month and a half between sessions if you are getting tattooed on the same body part. This is for the skin to be healed and to be ready. All in all the treatment and customer care is absolutely fantastic and I can’t wait to come back to complete my tattoo.

The communication (both, regarding design as well as administration) is smooth and seamless. Abel is a master of his craft, where the many years of experience pay out: he understands and executes the customer’s ideas very well, and is not satisfied until the design is fitted perfectly on the individual body part — an important consideration when applying large stencils. He is an efficient and hard working tattoo artist, who takes pride in his work, and rightfully so. And I am proud of having his art on my skin!

Experiencia fantástica: Everything about my experience working with Abel and Belen was amazing. From the moment I initially reached out to Abel online, and was promptly replied to, and all the way through the 3 straight days of tattooing that we did made it a very memorable experience. Belen was very communicative in her communication with me to set up the trip and appointments, as well as giving me great advise on how to prepare for the marathon tattoo and it’s needed aftercare. The shop setup was super clean, very warm and inviting, and extremely comfortable. During the tattoo process Abel was extremely professional and aware of the discomfort that comes with tattooing and repeatedly checked in on me to make sure I was doing ok or to see if I needed a break. I set up my time with them approximately 4 months in advance and flew across the country to meet them while they happened to be in the U.S. doing a short sting for work. They made the coordination of this trip super easy and worthwhile. If anyone is ever considering getting any work done by this amazing artist and his incredible team I would HIGHLY encourage it. The experience was once in a lifetime and the tattoo itself is beyond compare. Abel’s design and attention to detail are second to none.
