Experiencia negativa: Ciao, Purtroppo mi trovo a condividere Voi questa spiacevole esperienza presso il vostro studio. Dopo aver chiesto un tatuaggio punto luce, pagato 130 € , di piccole dimensioni, mi trovo a distanza di 4 giorni così ridotta. Premetto avevo chiesto una cosa semplice e lineare, le linee non erano dritte andavano tutte storte verso sinistra, così ho chiesto di sistemarmelo (poiché mi rimane sulla pelle e per 130€ un tatuaggio così piccolo dovrebbe essere impeccabile) così dopo aver aperto il secondo ago, siccome il primo lo aveva già buttato via dopo aver terminato, mi sistema il tatuaggio facendomi un triangolo completamente decentrato, che non riuscivo a capirne il senso per “appianare il tiro”, in un posto comunque palesemente visibile (zona sterno, in mezzo al seno) Sicché decido di tornare e farmelo aggiustare per l’ultima volta, sperando di non peggiorare le cose ma di trovare la soluzione. Apre il terzo ago, e inizia a fare dei tentativi questa volta prima a penna. Il disegno era carino, sicuramente meglio del primo, ma in tutte queste “cover” che mi sono state fatte, ben tre volte, per disinfettarmi, hanno usato probabilmente alcool (poiché era un prodotto travasato in uno spruzzino ROSA) e pulito sfregando sul tatuaggio innumerevoli volte con poca delicatezza, peccato che oltre al dolore, ad oggi direi “il minore dei mali”, mi abbiano bruciato completamente tutta la pelle. Premetto: tatuaggio sempre curato messa protezione, cerotto, qualcuno potrebbe dire, il mare , l’acqua salata, il sole, ma io vi smentisco dicendo che: La bruciatura la ho dove mi sono state apportante per ben tre volte le modifiche, disinfettando con alcool e continuando a strofinare sul tatuaggio appena fatto! Vi avrei fatto vedere la foto ma purtroppo Google non me la fa mettere, poiché si nota una lesione sulla pelle e quindi viola le linee guida. Affidatevi a persone competenti, non è tutto oro ciò che luccica! Ora mi ritrovo con la pelle bruciata, dovrò in primis recarmi da un dermatologo e successivamente coprirò il danno che mi è stato fatto!

Fortunately, we had the chance to see the photo of the tattoo with the wound, and it's clear that what occurred was not a burn (which would be impossible, since all of our products are, of course, safe and approved for use on skin), but rather an infection, which is even showing signs of pus. Unfortunately, infections can happen more often than people might think, but they are not related to the tattooing process itself. They can result from things like excessive sweating in the area, over-applying ointment, or exposing the tattoo to seawater or sunlight too soon, among other factors.
That said, we want to repeat what we told you in private: your experience matters to us. Even though the infection was not related to the tattooing process, we’d still love to help fix the tattoo and give you the result you were hoping for. Please feel free to reach out again once the area has fully healed so we can arrange a touch-up.

Il tatuaggio me l’ha realizzato Vicky che è stata bravissima: precisa, attenta e ha saputo accontentare ogni mia richiesta per il disegno. Il risultato è pazzesco, con una linea sottilissima e curata nei minimi dettagli. Consiglio assolutamente questo posto a chi cerca professionalità, delicatezza e un’esperienza positiva dall’inizio alla fine. !!!Modifico la mia recensione… Durante la guarigione il tatuaggio essendo molto fine purtroppo è scolorito e in alcuni punti il colore non ha aderito bene. Sarà sicuramente da ribattere e dato l’elevato prezzo non mi aspettavo si rovinasse così velocemente.

Experiencia negativa: Honest Warning – Extremely Poor Experience! Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience with the employee (name similar to "Auretta"). First, she did not honor the agreement we had made, and then she asked for additional payment – which we unfortunately paid. As if that wasn’t enough, the tattoo was colored incorrectly, against our wishes and agreement. She asked for more money again, and when we tried to resolve the situation calmly, she tried to get away with it through unnecessary and unprofessional arguments. In the end, I was forced to get up and leave the place, even though the tattoo was not finished. ❌ Unprofessional, dishonest, and insincere behavior. Avoid this place at all costs. I would not recommend it to anyone!
Edward, we normally appreciate and take into account all of our clients' comments and feedback, but we are sad to see how you are just bluntly, lying.
For this reason, we would like to clarify a few important points:
First, we always inform our clients beforehand that there is an additional charge of 20 € per color. As professional artists, we make sure to explain our procedures and pricing transparently to avoid misunderstandings. If any client forgets to mention that the tattoo will be in color, we assume it's in black. And as soon as you mentioned your wishes, we informed you of the extra fee. You mentioned wanting color only after sitting in the chair, which naturally affected the price and process.
Second, we would never leave a tattoo unfinished under any circumstances; your piece was completed professionally as agreed. We used the colored ink you requested and even added white, to make the design more unique.
Lastly, we would like to note how disappointing it was to hear your "joke" insisting that you wanted to be tattoed by "the best" and then your suggestion that a male tattoo artist would do a better job than the female one that actually did your tattoo — this kind of comment is unfair and disrespectful.
We truly care about the quality of our work and our clients’ experience. We regret that you felt differently and wish you all the best. If you feel you need to clarify any situation, feel free to contact us and we can discuss further.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to Tiny Tattoo with my mum for matching tattoos , there was so many designs to choose from. The receptionists were very friendly and explained everything we needed to know. The tattooists were nice and did a great job. Would recommend this place if you’re in Ibiza, very quick and low pain and the cutest tattoos

Experiencia positiva: In augustus vorig jaar deze leuke fijne tattoo laten zetten met fine line maar de lijntjes lijken steeds meer te vervagen. Dit vind ik erg jammer zeker vanwege de prijs die ik er voor heb betaald. Ben er nog steeds blij mee alleen jammer dat hij dus steeds lichter wordt qua lijntjes

Experiencia negativa: Nous sommes venus l’après-midi pour demander un petit tatouage, la tatoueuse présente nous a proposé un devis à 70€, ce qui nous semblait raisonnable. Le soir, en revenant pour le faire, une autre personne nous a accueilli avec un tout autre ton : elle nous annonce un tarif de 100€, en nous riant au nez avec une attitude moqueuse et hautaine. Nous avons été très déçus par ce manque de professionnalisme, le changement de prix injustifié, et surtout le manque total de respect. Ce n’est pas ce que l’on attend d’un salon de tatouage sérieux.

Experiencia negativa: Unfortunately, our experience has fallen very short. My partner and I both got tattoos on our fingers. (2 for me and 1 for my partner). The store itself is gorgeous and aesthetically pleasing and the staff were lovely. However, if you can see our photos (shown day of tattooing and 3 weeks later), both my tattoos - the 'A' and 'R' that were done by the female (3 weeks later) have completely disintegrated. My Partner's - the 'S' has stayed well. I messaged the store to be told it was normal and I could come back for a "top up". I wouldn't need a top up: I would need the tattoo completely redoing as it is practically gone! If it were normal, my Partner's and mine would have faded similarly. Instead, I think it's purely down to the artist unfortunately. Pricing is steep 170€ for these 3 tattoos, especially as mine now look silly, but I guess you're paying for the instagram worthy experience rather than outcome

Experiencia negativa: Spent over £1500 in this place and could not be more disappointed. The staff were dismissive, rude and completely unwelcoming. The woman on reception was so hostile and made a lot of people in the shop feel uncomfortable with her stinking attitude. I would not recommend to anybody. World Of Ink next door was a thousand times better, cheaper and a generally better experience start to finish. Male tattoo artist was lovely, but the women were horrible. I can see the reply to my review is also suggesting that this interaction never happened and sadly it did. We came into the shop, browsed tattoos, discussed prices and ended up leaving after roughly 7-10 minutes because of how rude your staff were. One of the ladies huffed when I asked her to see a book of designs, another woman left us standing at the desk for almost 5 minutes while she strolled Instgram and never initiated conversation with us despite us clearly waiting to be served, we had to ask her if she worked here despite the fact she was sat behind the desk. I don’t appreciate this shop now trying to discredit my experience. Your reply to this is wild, you should focus the time you spent to write that on sending your staff for customer service training. Happy to be contacted if you want this escalating.
