We believe you are greatly exaggerating the situation. Unfortunately, Google does not allow us to attach photos in review responses, otherwise we would gladly show that the tattoo was executed perfectly.

Let us clarify this misunderstanding so that customers reading your review understand what really happened:

First of all, when you mention that we did not reply to your 10 messages, before making such an accusation it would have been better to check our customer service hours, as we always inform our clients. Our WhatsApp and phone customer service hours are Tuesday to Saturday, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Therefore, on Sundays and Mondays we are outside of customer service hours for messages, although the shop is open every day from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM for any inquiries in person.

In the case of your daughter, as we already explained to you in private, our tattoo artist did exactly what was requested: a design brought by the client. Since your daughter was underage, we always follow the same procedure: we print the design, show it to both the parent and the client, and both must approve it. Then we place the stencil on the skin and, before starting the tattoo, your daughter went out for a second approval, which you confirmed again. The issue only arose when you felt that the first two letters looked like an “H”, but the calligraphy of the design your daughter brought had precisely that style. At no point did either of you question it after seeing the design printed and placed on the skin. The tattoo artist did his job correctly: to execute the approved design faithfully.

When you accuse us again by saying “he couldn’t care”, this is also a false statement. When you came back to the studio, Adriano did everything possible to help you, even delaying his next appointment in order to retouch the tattoo according to your requests, despite the fact that the tattoo was already properly executed and clearly legible. He made the correction only to adapt it to your personal preference.

We find it unfair that the situation is being presented this way, especially since we cannot share photos of the tattoo, but it is important that readers of your review understand the true facts.

From our side, as we already told you in private messages, we did everything possible to make sure you left satisfied. We wish you all the best.

However, we would also like to clarify a few things and share our point of view for the sake of transparency with future clients.

First of all, we want to point out that we do provide water at the studio. It is located at the reception area with cups available, functioning as a SELF-SERVICE station, which we encourage clients to use freely.

Regarding your early arrival: even if clients arrive before the scheduled time, our artists need that time to prepare the station, clean and finalize the stencil. These are essential parts of the tattoo process and are included within the scheduled appointment time.

You mentioned changing your mind about the design at the last minute. It’s important for clients to understand that if a design is changed upon arrival, especially without prior notice, it may affect the timing and flow of the session. In your case, the artist adapted to this change and created a new design on the spot, which you approved before starting. This naturally added time to the process, and we believe it’s important to acknowledge that this delay stemmed from your last-minute change, not from the artist.

While you referred to the piece as a “very simple tattoo,” fine line work is actually a highly meticulous and delicate style. It requires a different technique than bold line styles, and its subtle, minimal aesthetic is intentional. It also heals differently and often appears lighter due to the thinness of the needle used. This should not be confused with poor quality, but rather is part of the style’s natural appearance. In some cases, fine line tattoos may require a small touch-up after healing, which is completely normal and part of the nature of this tattoo style.

Regarding communication, we understand that a more engaging environment can improve a client’s overall experience. Still, it’s worth mentioning that it can be difficult for the artist to communicate when the client is wearing headphones during the session. You yourself noted the artist was kind when greeting you, which we’re glad to hear.

That said, we will take your feedback into account and encourage our artists to be even more communicative during sessions. On the other hand, we kindly remind future clients that if there is a specific expectation regarding line thickness or style, it is always helpful to mention it clearly before the tattoo begins. Tattooing is a collaborative process and open communication is key.

We genuinely value every client who walks through our door, and we’re sorry that your experience didn’t fully reflect the effort and care we aim to provide.

Tienes que entender que hay ciertos artistas que tienen más demanda que otros, por lo que si preguntas por uno en concreto, es probable que la disponibilidad sea limitada, ya que suelen tener citas agendadas con meses de antelación.

Por otro lado, creemos que hay cierto desconocimiento sobre cómo funciona este sector. Cuando se trata de tapar una cicatriz, aunque sea pequeña, siempre pedimos una consulta presencial para poder valorar adecuadamente el estado de la piel, ver si se puede tatuar encima y tener en cuenta varios factores importantes. En algunos casos, los clientes desean tatuarse sin querer dedicar media hora para venir al estudio, pero esa visita es necesaria y parte del proceso profesional.

En cualquier caso, siempre intentamos mejorar nuestro servicio y somos conscientes de que cada año tenemos más demanda, por lo que seguimos adaptándonos constantemente para poder ofrecer la mejor atención posible.

En primer lugar, entendemos la importancia de la comodidad durante sesiones largas de tatuaje, por eso contamos con una máquina de autoservicio de agua y si eso no fuera suficiente, el mismo centro comercial cuenta con varios bares y restaurantes donde pueden tomar o comer algo en los descansos!
Generalmente, quienes se someten a sesiones prolongadas vienen preparados para la sesión, sabiendo que pasarán varias horas en una misma posición, por lo que traen su propia comida y bebida :)

Respecto a las instalaciones y a los baños públicos, al encontrarnos dentro de un centro comercial, la ley exige que sea el propio centro comercial quien disponga de baños para el uso de los visitantes. En relación con la situación que mencionas sobre la continuidad de tu tatuaje, queremos aclarar que en ningún momento se te dejó “tirado”. Se te informó de la salida del tatuador y se te ofreció la opción de contactar directamente con él para continuar con tu trabajo fuera del estudio si así lo deseabas. Entendemos que la noticia pudo haber sido inesperada, pero la decisión sobre el equipo de trabajo es parte de la gestión del estudio y, en ningún caso, se tomó con la intención de perjudicar a los clientes.

Lamentamos que esta situación te haya generado una percepción negativa. No obstante, esperamos que, después de leer nuestra respuesta, puedas reflexionar sobre el contexto real de lo ocurrido. Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear you weren’t fully satisfied with the service from our artist. I’m glad to know, however, that you’re happy with the tattoo itself.

Please understand that, as we are located in a shopping center, there are 3 supermarkets and 4-5 bars, coffee shops and many restaurants based here. This has been a convenience for our clients, who are generally happy to take a break and purchase food or drinks of their choice. In the Canary Islands, it’s not customary for tattoo studios to provide drinks, as many clients prefer to bring their own.

Additionally, paying in cash is a standard practice in tattoo studios here, and we have a clearly visible sign at reception to inform clients of this policy.
