Experiencia negativa: I went to this studio for a simple fine line tattoo, but unfortunately I’m very disappointed with the result. The design was meant to be minimal and delicate, but it turned out uneven and asymmetrical. In my opinion, the artist didn’t take the necessary time or care to ensure a clean result. Sadly, I can’t recommend this studio based on my experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to this tattoo studio 2 times now. The 1st time I went I got my shin piece done by Ray. He couldn’t do enough for me when I showed him pictures of what I liked and let him do the design. I was that impressed with the quality of the workmanship and how they all made you feel at home in the studio. That I went back 7 weeks later to let Ray finish the top half of my leg off. Again the time and effort he put into doing the design and the actual tattoo are off the scale. The whole family at this tattoo studio are unbelievable in the way they treat you and do the work. Whenever Ray went to get a drink or something to eat he would ask if I wanted anything. There isn’t enough stars for me to give this studio as it only goes to 5. I would totally recommend this tattoo studio to anyone in Tenerife who wants a tattoo. I will definitely go back and get the back of my leg next year 100%.

For reference first visit was 3 years ago and tattoo still looks amazing so upon wanting another they was only one place to go mad family, if you’re after a tattoo trust me it’s here you want to be going. We here at Mad Family Tattoo always maintain a clean work environment and make sure the tattoos we make are well made with the highest quality ink and needles.
You got infected because you're unclean or have been in the sun, put too much cream etc.
We have a photo of your tattoo from when you left the shop and everything was fine. What you do after that point is your responsibility and will definitely effect the outcome of the tattoo.
We're sorry to hear that you couldn't follow simple guidelines of cleanliness or just had bad luck with the healing but blaming us for you getting infected is just ridiculous.
We have inspections from the health and safety department regularly and we always pass so blaming us is just poor judgement on your part.We also offered to fix YOUR mistake if you ever come back here to Tenerife but you refused that. We are not obligated to do anything if a clients tattoo get's infected but we tried to be nice.It's very clear from the photos that the areas where the infection started isn't even overworked the slightest in the original photo. You most likely got a bacteria from touching something dirty or a hair from a cat/dog stuck in that area.

Experiencia negativa: I did an ear piercing with Andres last week. He was very professional and kind, plus he also speaks very good English. My piercing is healing very well so far. Highly recommended. UPDATE: half a year after I've had my helix pierced in this place I realized it's impossible to change an earring (it's done under a weird angle). I went to another piercer to ask for advice and was told that it's done very poorly and will never heal. I had to take the ring out.

Experiencia fantástica: Tijdens mijn vakantie op zoek geweest naar een goede tatoo studio en naar verschillende bezoeken aan andere tatoeage studio's en review gelezen te hebben hier bij Mad Family terecht gekomen. Van af binnenkomst de eerste keer meteen een goed gevoel daarbij is de hygiëne op orde en is het schoon. Met de persoon die mij ging tatoeëren een gesprek gehad met wat ik wou en liet ook zijn werk zien van wat hij kon. Toen meteen een afspraak gepland. Ik ben echt super tevreden met het werk wat gezet is. Mad Family heel erg bedankt voor deze kunstwerken.
