Olivia is SUPER nice and welcoming and is a total pro. I had a tragus and industrial piercing done and both healed very quickly and with zero problem. They still had a spot for me to do a small tattoo, a nose piercing and a belly piercing. I received a very warm welcome and everyone was super nice. It was very comforting because I was a little bit nervous. Now 2 months later, everything has healed very well. I would definitely go back
